The Part 301 Permit Wheel App is a collaborative effort Imagined and Funded by the Livingston County Drain Commissioner, Developed by Spicer Group, Inc. and based upon Paper Permit Wheel prepared by HRC, Inc. revised with recent compliance updates coordinated with Michigan EGLE staff. Part 301 of the Natural Resource and Environmental Protection Act (NREPA of Michigan) relates to inland lakes and streams permitting and this app relates to activities performed by Michigan Drain Commissioners on Michigan Drains where they interface with the States jurisdiction. This App is built on CROME Data, LLC infrastructure whom will be involved with the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the App and its supporting systems.
